“That’s the Spirit!”™
Breath Workshop

Prana or Chi meaning life force.
Yamas and Niyamas as codes of Conduct.

Pranayama is a practice to raise ones awareness and vibration as means to conduct the abundant resource of subtle energy and consciousness.

Fasten your seatbelts and Join Brian for a 90 min joy ride. Re-imagine the classic Katonah Yoga metaphor of the body as a car. Your breath is the driver, your mind is the occupant, your body is the vehicle and the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. Using Taoist maps, math, metaphors and poetry, we’ll experience the function of organs and glands as gears and pumps. You’ll learn to leverage circumstance through technical facility and understanding. Find out how to locate the blind spots, start the engine, stay in the right lane, read the maps and drive to your destination.
